The Minnesota Club of Shanghai is an informal organization of Minnesotans and people connected with Minnesota who live and work in Shanghai, China, and throughout the world. We share a common interest in fostering tighter connections between Shanghai and Minnesota via social events that are open to anyone.

Over the four years of our existence, we have hosted events for Minnesota political and business leaders, including governors and US Congressional Representatives. At the same time, our monthly socials have created friendships and business partnerships that bridge cultures and oceans. Our members (and there are no prerequisites or requirements) include students, educators, entrepreneurs, and managers of Fortune 100 companies. In addition to our obvious Minnesota origins, we have members from all over the United States, Europe and, of course, China. Some of our most committed members are Chinese alums of Minnesota colleges and universities.
